Cancellations Before Dispatch
If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Cancellations After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to stop the delivery. However, eligible customers may still be able to return their order in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Condition of Returned Products

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires Canelisse to cover those costs.
Canelisse will cover reasonable return shipping costs when an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied, or when required by applicable law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Where required by applicable law, eligible refunds will include the product price and applicable standard delivery charges. Additional charges for express or upgraded delivery services may not be refundable where permitted by law.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold a refund until the returned goods have been received or you have provided reasonable evidence that they have been sent back.
Cancellation Exceptions
